Josh is responsible for serving corporate real estate consulting services, focusing mainly on office space acquisition and disposition needs. Josh has over 20 years of experience including working for one of the biggest commercial landlords in the region. He uses his experience to bring a competitive advantage when negotiating for clients. He understands the value of his clients’ experiences beyond the real estate deal, especially the impact of a newly acquired asset or the relationships between clients and landlords. Josh holds integrity and ethics above all else and spearheaded the efforts to ultimately accept the local BBB Torch Award for Ethical Business Practices on behalf of JLL.

Josh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and currently serves on the Alumni Board of Governors. He is past President of the local chapter of NAIOP and currently serves as a Board Member of NAIOP Ohio. He received NAIOP’s National Emerging Leaders Award and is a graduate of The Cincinnati Chamber’s Young Leadership Program, C-Change. Josh is also a recipient of the Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 Award.

Josh is President of the Anderson Township, Ohio Board of Trustees where he is serving his second elected term. He is a Board Member of  The Literacy Network of Greater Cincinnati, The Memorial Hall Society & the OKI Regional Council of Governments. He is also Co-Chair of the Local Tri-State Government Collaborative known as Much in Common.
