Brandon Nasatir is a Managing Director in Savills Chicago office, responsible for tenant advisory services. Brandon brings significant insight into the dynamics of the market due to his deep-rooted connections to Chicago. He has sustained relationships with a diverse network of business contacts across the technology, nonprofit, legal, and financial services sectors working with organizations including Barnes & Thornburg, Mesirow Financial, Evanston Capital, Compass Health Center, and Jewish Child and Family Services (JCFS Chicago). Brandon’s financial background allows him to provide an informed understanding of complex transactions that unlock potential value and opportunities for his clients.

In his career, Brandon has been a significant part of over 600 thousand square feet of transactions locally and globally. Most notably, he provided the real estate strategy for the North American headquarters of Traffic Tech, a fast-growing global freight logistics firm; Monroe Capital, a premier private credit asset management firm, and the global headquarters of Rand McNally, one of the longest-standing organizations in Chicago. Additionally, he also recently represented Senior Lifestyle in its Downtown Chicago headquarters.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Brandon is active and passionate about many nonprofit causes. He is a volunteer at the Uptown Café on the North Side and works with the Junior Economic Club of Chicago to educate high school students on career paths in commercial real estate. Finally, Brandon is one of the founding members of “In The Boardroom,” a quarterly event that allows young professionals valuable access to CEOs.
