Perry Kaplan first joined Savills in September 2010 and after four years at CBRE returned to Savills in May of 2016. An integral part of the firm’s Philadelphia office, Perry focuses on office brokerage and transaction management. In order to optimize his clients’ commercial real estate transactions, Perry provides financial consulting that aims to cut costs and maximize the company’s bottom line. He also develops strategic planning and management that aligns his clients’ business objectives with real estate that meets their logistical needs. In addition to managing these transactions and services, Perry is part of the team’s business development efforts.

In 2012, Perry joined CBRE’s Manhattan office to work for the largest transaction management hub in the United States as part of the firm’s Global Workplace Solutions team. He prepared, recommended and implemented a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties. In addition, he coordinated field resources and stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions and disposition of surplus space. Over the four-year period, Perry completed over 75 transactions totaling 2.5 million square feet. Some of his former clients include Prudential, Disney, ESPN, ABC, Cigna, Xylem, The Boston Consulting Group and The Bank of New York Mellon.

Perry has completed transactions in over 50 cities across the globe including the largest transaction in Philadelphia in 2015.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Perry is on the board of directors of Mental Health Partnerships, a nonprofit association dedicated to supporting its community with mental illnesses. As the first peer-to-peer mental health organization in Pennsylvania, MHP provides learning centers and programs that allow those who have been through the struggles of mental health to guide others on the road to recovery.
