Parkside Realty is a family business founded in 2019 by Bob Wislow and Camille Julmy, who bring a combined 95 years of Chicago real estate experience to the company.

Parkside oversees buildings developed and renovated by Bob and Camille while at the same time expanding Parkside’s holdings by creating new buildings focused on health and wellness.

In 1978, Bob and Camille founded U.S.Equities Realty, an international commercial real estate firm that provided a full range of services to institutional and entrepreneurial property owners, governments, users and tenants, with a strong reputation in the U.S. and South American markets. The Chicago based firm’s offerings included development and project management, building leasing, property and facilities management, tenant representation, investment sales, owner’s representation, sustainability consulting and advisory services. In recognition of its work, U.S. Equities received four Urban Land Institute’s Awards of Excellence and numerous other awards.

In 2014, U.S.Equities combined its U.S. operations with CBRE Inc., the world’s largest real estate firm. At that time, the U.S.Equities property and facilities management portfolio covered more than 500 properties across the office, retail, institutional, student housing, and residential sectors, which included the leasing and management of 17 million SF of Chicago properties, including iconic Chicago buildings like Sears Tower and the John Hancock Building, along with 2.5 million square feet of office and retail properties along Chicago’s prestigious Michigan Avenue. U.S.Equities had 450 U.S. employees and over 100 employees in South America, where U.S.Equities was the largest third party property and facility manager in Argentina.

In 2019, Bob and Camille established Parkside Realty, Inc. to oversee the management and leasing of the properties they developed, renovated and acquired for their own portfolio and to facilitate additional property investments and development, all with the objective of creating healthy buildings for generational holds.
