Will Mura

Will Mura is a Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services. With over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Will brings advantage to specializing in capital markets with a focus on industrial product in the St. Louis metro area as well as surrounding markets.

As journeyman in the world of commercial real estate, Will provides critical guidance to his client from multiple perspectives including Brokerage, Asset / Property Management, and Property Accounting. On behalf of his clients, will has sold over 14 Million square feet of industrial facilities totaling over $500 Million in completed sale transactions. Will has proven himself as a leader and innovator while focusing on excellent customer service to both owners and tenants.

Prior to his career in Capital Markets, Will served as an Associated Director for CBRE in the Asset Services group, as well as other management and leadership roles with other commercial real estate firms in St. Louis, overseeing portfolios containing millions of square feet high-profile assets across the St. Louis metropolitan area.
