Steve has completed transactions totaling more than $3 billion and 40 million square feet. He specializes in the sale and marketing of income-producing investment properties including office buildings, retail centers and industrial properties on behalf of national institutions, regional developers and local investors. Steve has developed a highly effective sales process that consistently results in maximized prices for the investment properties he markets. With his exceptional understanding of the nation’s major investment property buyers and their current acquisition criteria and appetite, Steve frequently assists buyers in identifying and purchasing investment properties, including coordinating 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. He contributes his expertise to a variety of clients by providing development feasibility, financial structuring and general real estate consulting services.
