ArlingtonMed is part of the first phase in a future mixed-use, master-planned community on 18 acres. 

Located on the southeast corner of Arlington Heights Road and Algonquin Road, situated immediately off Exit 70 at the Arlington Heights Road and I-90 Interchange, ArlingtonMed resides at the "Gateway to Arlington Heights."

 

For the project's first phase, Bradford Allen has partnered with Chicago architect Moceri + Rozsak to build an eight-story apartment complex with 300 units and nearly 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Future phases include two more 300-unit apartment buildings at the site.

Bordering Northern DuPage County, the development is in close proximity to downtown Arlington Heights and the Metra station, and just a 10-minute drive to O’Hare International Airport.
