Crossroads has plans to develop a 35-apartment innovative health & housing facility focusing on housing and services for medically-vulnerable adults at 371 Pine Street.

Innovative health & housing apartments

Crossroads is creating Rhode Island's first-of-its-kind permanent supportive apartments for medically-vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness. Located at 371 Pine Street in Providence, our new apartments will provide housing for 35 people.

The new development will feature laundry facilities, common areas, a healing garden and parking for residents. The building will also provide a co-located space for health and mental health providers to serve residents' needs.
