Bobby Kunkle

Bobby Kunkle is a Senior Director of Project Management Services for Stream’s Dallas office. Bobby is responsible for leading, and growing Stream’s occupier services project management and development division. He brings 15 years of notable industry experience, most recently leading ground-up commercial office developments.

Prior to joining Stream, Bobby led the execution of multiple ground-up and adaptive reuse developments at an 11-acre mixed-use site for Oxford Development Company in Pittsburgh, PA. Before that, he held positions as a Senior Project Manager with Cushman & Wakefield and Project Engineer with JE Dunn Construction. He received his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and his Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Bobby’s transparent and communicative approach to client relationships has helped him build a foundation of honesty with his clients, which has proven to pay dividends during hard conversations.
