This is a comprehensive, in-depth ceramics hand-building program. Enrollees in this course will explore all the techniques necessary to build ceramic objects for both utilitarian and aesthetic purposes. You will learn increasingly complex building techniques, and create a variety of projects that will be glazed and fired. These projects will then be yours to take home. This course allows you to explore your creativity through hands-on application and gives you an opportunity to see your ideas materialize into items that are functional, decorative, and useful.
Skill Level: Beginners and more advanced artists are welcome.
This class is taught by Melissa Heinemann.
