The FWC hosted an in-person working group meeting March 27 to provide information and allow working group members to share viewpoints about a potential Silver Glen Springs Spring Protection Zone.

The FWC hosted a virtual public workshop March 28 regarding a proposal to amend sections in 68D-34.002, F.A.C. related to livery pre-rental and pre-ride instruction requirements when renting human-powered vessels. The proposed rule change would remove the requirement for on-the-water demonstration and check ride when renting human-powered vessels.
