Overview
Robert’s practice focuses on representing insureds involved in a variety of legal matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and construction defects. With a decade of experience, he approaches each case with a thorough examination from all angles and works closely with his clients to develop effective litigation strategies that align with their goals.
In 2021, Best Lawyers in America recognized Robert as “One to Watch” for his exceptional work in construction litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Florida and Alabama state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Robert’s passion for the law was ignited by his love for John Grisham novels, which led him to pursue a law degree. He was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity during his undergraduate studies and worked as a journalist and sports writer prior to entering law school. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Robert is happily married to a fellow attorney and enjoys traveling, hosting dinner parties, and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide. He also loves spending time with their goldendoodle named Bowen.

- Served as second chair at trial representing a motor vehicle driver in a personal injury action in Lee County resulting in a defense verdict.
- Served as second chair at trial representing a day care center in a premises liability action in Collier County resulting in a defense verdict.
- Assisted with obtaining a dismissal with prejudice for fraud upon the court in a personal injury action arising out of a motor vehicle accident in Lee County.
