Nick Williams is a Transaction Manager with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Newport Beach, California. He is a member of Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Nick focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of local, national and foreign investors. He specializes in providing ad hoc business intelligence support and local market share tracking.
Nick began his career at CBRE in 2022. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick worked at The REMM Group as a Property Manager, overseeing over 300,000 sq/ft of Office, Retail and Industrial Assets. Prior, Nick worked at Irvine Company as part of a Management Team, overseeing over 200,000 sq/ft of Class A Office buildings in Irvine Spectrum and Fashion Island. Nick graduated Cum Laude from University of California, Los Angeles, California.
